RGSL is the oldest nonprofit softball organization in the state of Maryland. The RB Spirit program was a nationally recognized girls softball program, fielding nationally ranked teams with multiple World Series championships and college-bound players.
While RGSL no longer fields competitive teams, we've operated the RGSL Practice Facility at Pine Grove Village Shopping Center for over 15 years. Our mission is to support local softball and baseball teams by providing a reasonably priced training facility in the Pasadena area.

Full-length pitching and catching tunnels with retractable nets for focused practice sessions.
Dedicated tee work areas with nets and rubber training balls for swing mechanics.
Batting tunnels equipped with pitching machines—one configured for baseball, one for softball.
Accommodates up to 15 players per team rental. Perfect for full squad practices.
Climate-controlled indoor facility with security cameras and keypad entry for renters.
Year-round availability with convenient scheduling through our online calendar.
As a nonprofit, we keep rates reasonable to support our local softball and baseball community.

To rent the facility, teams and individuals must complete the following:
All participants must have signed waivers on file.
Complete and sign the facility rental agreement.
Complete a brief orientation on facility use.
Provide proof of insurance with RGSL listed as Additional Insured.
